Shipping Policy

Delivery Delays

Our shipping provider, Australia Post, is currently experiencing delays. As a result your order may take longer to arrive. Please allow 10 business days before contacting us regarding your order. We apologise for any inconvenience and ask for your understanding during this time.

We ship within Australia via Australia Post. We do not ship orders outside Australia. Orders will be posted within 1 business day of being received.

If goods are damaged or lost in transit please notify us. This rarely happens and we will deal with Australia Post to resolve the problem. Please notify us before returning damaged goods or if your goods have not arrived in a reasonable time frame.

Out of stock:

We will be updating our stock levels on a regular basis but there may be occasions where someone has purchased the same product that you have ordered at the same time. We also have a shop front with the full range of products. The product that you wanted may have been purchased by a customer in our store before we have had time to update the stock level in the website. If this happens we will notify you within one business day and advise you of the revised delivery time if a re-order is available. If we cannot re-order, or the re-order time is not acceptable to you, we will immediately advise you and refund your money.
