At Hiscocks we want you to be able to shop with confidence and be happy with your purchase. If there is a problem with your purchase please contact our friendly and helpful sales team.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods:
We are sorry if there is a problem with the item sent to you. If a damaged, faulty or the incorrect item has been sent, you will receive a repair, refund or exchange.
It may be necessary to send your item to the manufacturer/supplier for assessment.
If your items are assessed as faulty, damaged or incorrect we will refund the reasonable cost of return postage.
Change of mind:
If you change your mind about your purchase we will allow a refund, exchange or credit note where return conditions are met. This excludes sale items and gift cards.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If your order was sent free of freight charges and is returned for refund, our original freight cost will be deducted from the amount refunded.
If you are exchanging your purchase additional shipping costs may apply on the replacement goods.
The goods must be returned within 30 days of purchase. The goods must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition and still have the tags attached. Proof of purchase must be included with the return.
How to return items:
If you would like to return your purchase please email our friendly team at firstname.lastname@example.org for a return authorisation. Please provide us with the name used for the order, order number and the reason for your return. We will get back to you with instructions on how to return the item.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Return shipping must be prepaid and you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged on return to us.
Our returns policy will differ during a sale.
Sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged due to incorrect choice, fit or change of mind.
