Returns Policy

At Hiscocks we want you to be able to shop with confidence and be happy with your purchase. If there is a problem with your purchase please contact our friendly and helpful sales team.

Returns Policy

Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods:

If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty or the incorrect item has been sent you will receive a refund or an exchange.

Change of mind:

If you change your mind about your purchase we will allow a refund, exchange or credit note where return conditions are met. This excludes sale items and gift vouchers. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The refund is for the price of the goods only. The cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If your order was sent free of freight charges and is returned for refund, our original freight cost will be deducted from the amount refunded.

If you are exchanging your purchase additional shipping costs may apply on the replacement goods.

The product must be returned within 30 days of purchase. The product must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition and still have the tags attached. Proof of purchase must be included with the return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Return shipping must be prepaid and you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

How to return products:

If you would like to return your purchase please email our friendly team at contact@hiscocks.com.au for a return authorisation. Please provide us with the name used for the order, order number and the reason for your return. We will get back to you with instructions on how to return the product.

Hiscocks are not liable for any item not received by us.

Sale items:

Our returns policy will differ during a sale.

Sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged due to incorrect choice, fit or change of mind.
