Gift Card Terms & Conditions

Gift cards/vouchers can be used as payment for online or instore purchases from Keirns Pty Ltd trading as Hiscocks. Gift cards/vouchers are not redeemable for cash. Gift cards/vouchers cannot be reloaded.

Gift cards/vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase. Promotional gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Gift cards purchased online will be delivered via email within a few minutes of purchase.

Treat your gift card/voucher like cash. Keep your gift card/voucher code secure. Lost or stolen gift cards/vouchers cannot be replaced or redeemed.
